Large apartment in a strategic and quiet area, very comfortable for four tenants. The accommodation, equipped with independent heating , is located on the mezzanine floor of a building in via Milano, a stone's throw from the historic center of Trento and a few minutes walk from the centre's faculties.
It consists of an equipped kitchen with a convenient pantry, 4 single rooms, two bathrooms with windows, one with a washing machine and the other with a bathtub and external bike space.

Area and Transport
The apartment is located near the beautiful and quiet area of Lungo Fersina, and is close to Corso 3 Novembre, where there are supermarkets, the Cinema Nuovo Roma, the Teatro San Marco and much more.
The center is easily reachable in a few minutes either on foot or by bike while the faculties in the hills can be reached either by bus or on foot by taking the Salita Filippo Manci which in 20 minutes leads directly to the Faculty of Engineering in Mesiano.
